Terms of use
Please read these before booking or listing.
Our role
GoStay is a platform that connects travellers with independent providers. The provider, not GoStay, delivers the stay or service and is responsible for it. GoStay verifies providers and handles complaints, but does not own or operate the properties listed.
Accounts
You must be able to enter a contract and must give accurate details. Keep your mobile number and access secure. GoStay staff will never ask you for a one-time password.
Bookings and pricing
Prices, taxes, fees, discounts and wallet credits are calculated on our servers at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed after payment is verified. Held rooms are released if payment is not completed within the hold window.
Traveller conduct
- Follow the property's house rules and local law.
- Do not misrepresent guest numbers or purpose of stay.
- Treat hosts, staff and communities with respect.
Provider obligations
- Hold the legal right to offer the service you list.
- Keep listings, pricing and availability accurate.
- Honour confirmed bookings and cooperate with GoStay investigations.
Verification and inclusion claims
Verified and inclusion badges are granted only by GoStay administrators after review. Submitting false documents or false inclusion claims leads to suspension.
Suspension
We may suspend an account or delist a property for fraud, safety risk, repeated complaints or breach of these terms.
Liability
GoStay is responsible for operating the platform properly. We do not guarantee that travel is risk-free or that a provider will perform perfectly. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Disputes
Raise a case through Support first. Cases are logged, assigned and escalated where warranted.
